Chronic Stress Increases Risk of Diet-related Metabolic Disorders: Study

A new research has revealed that when people burdened with stress eat a lot of high-fat and high-sugar food, they face a higher chance of suffering from metabolic syndrome which includes increased blood pressure, high blood sugar level and abnormal cholesterol levels.
