Depression Increases Heart Disease Risk Among Middle-Aged Women

A new study published in the Journal of the American Heart Association suggests that women under 55 years of age who suffer from depression have a higher risk of developing heart problems and suffering heart attacks. The study was conducted by researchers at Emory University in Georgia who observed over 3,200 people with known or suspected heart disease.
