The Health and Human Services secretary Kathleen Sebelius wishes the citizens of America a healthy New Year in 2014. Jan. 1 will be a new day in health care for millions of families and individuals in the Las Vegas area and throughout Nevada. From the 1st of January insurance companies cannot deny anyone coverage or charge extra for pre-existing ailments like diabetes, blood pressure or asthma.
