A judge in a British High Court has given doctors permission to perform a Caesarean operation on an expecting mother who is mentally ill. Mr Justice Hayden admitted that though the order was 'draconian', he was satisfied that the woman was unable to make any reasoned evaluation and take a decision and the C-section was necessary to avoid any danger to the woman's life.
