You love staying fit. You hate the gym. The conflict is one of life’s greatest. That is, at least until you can find enough physical activities to keep you in shape. For most of us, there’s usually one go-to source: biking, hiking, surfing, or climbing to name a few. But muscle confusion is all the rage these days, which means you’re going to get a lot more fit trying a variety of outdoor activities. Adventurists Rachel Moore is open to try anything outdoors, from scuba diving to mountain climbing, she’s done quite a bit. Yet she’s just getting started, and with the help of Macy’s, she wants to make you aware of some of the more fun ways have fun and stay fit. Think of it as the gym-haters-guide to fun and fitness, or just: frontier fitness. Episode one takes us to Laguna Beach, and Rachel’s introduction to open-ocean standup paddling.
