It has emerged that the All Nippon Airways (ANA) offers the real taste of Japan during in-flight menus and at their service lounges. The airlines run a project called "Tastes of Japan by ANA" and offers food such as Lemosco, a traditional dish made of lemon from Japan's Hiroshima Prefecture.
