
A new study published in the journal Sleep reveals that having a good night's sleep can make it less likely that you will apply for a sick leave at work. The researchers observed the sleeping habits of more than 3,700 men and women between 30 and 64 years of age in Finland and found that men who slept for 7 hours, 46 minutes and women who slept for 7 hours, 38 minutes were least likely to take a sick leave.
