The longstanding debate over which animals are cooler–cats or dogs–might best be answered, among a certain crowd anyway, by which are the better skateboarders.

If so, Didga the cat is representing her fellow felines admirably as the star of a video released Monday (posted above).

The cat from Coolangatta, Australia, demonstrates remarkable agility and poise as she negotiates the walls and features of a Gold Coast skate park, at one point being watched enviously (or hungrily?) by three Rottweilers.

The footage shows how lofty Didga’s status has become since she was rescued years ago from a shelter by Robert Dollwet, a.k.a, Catmantoo.

Dollwet, who has trained animals for 33 years and specializes in dogs owned by Hollywood celebrities, bills Didga as “the world’s best skateboarding cat.”

She’s certainly the most famous skateboarding cat, with more than 24,000 followers on Instagram; and with mega-followings on Twitter, Facebook and YouTube, as well.

How many dogs can say that?
