The civic health department said that Mumbai city hospitals have witnessed three swine flu deaths in the past 24 hours. One among the three deceased is a 9-year-old girl from Kalyan. She was admitted in BMC's Kasturba hospital on March 29. "The girl had congenital heart disease and was operated for the same in 2008. She was first admitted in Kilbil Children hospital on March 25.
