
Dense fog and cold weather conditions continue in Delhi as the mercury plunges to 2.6 degree Celsius, five notches below normal on Monday. The maximum temperature recorded was 18.3 degree, two notches below normal. Early morning dense fog has affected the movement of trains and flight operations, with visibility of less than 50 meters.
